Capabilities
From Concept to Manufacturing
Triglyph is a full-service design and development company, offering the following in-house capabilities:
Software Development
We have over 15 years of enterprise and high-uptime/high-throughput software development experience, primarily in Python.
We are not a general purpose App or web developer. We specialize in turnkey, highly-technical software functionality in aid of automation, visualization and data management.
Whether it is controlling robots or motion platforms, managing the ingest and processing of large amounts of data, handling imaging and visualization tasks, VR integration, or PDF report generation, we have experience providing a wide variety of backend and frontend solutions.
CAD
We have over 20 years of CAD experience with a variety of major CAD software packages. Depending on a client's needs we offer deliverables in a variety of formats optimized for common usage scenarios. These include:
Watertight meshes for 3D printing, with and without supports and printing orientation.
Solid files ready for CAM/CNC.
Visualization assets for realtime graphics and game engines.
Photorealistic renders for client presentation and advertising.
CAM
We have 10 years of CAM experience programming a variety of computer-controller-cutting processes including Laser-cutting, Waterjet, Turning and Milling.
CNC Milling
We operate a precision milling center for rapid machining of steel, aluminum, and plastic parts in quantities from tens to thousands of units.
We operate a CNC router for machining wood and other soft materials for tens to hundreds of units.
3D Printing
We have in-house 3D printing capabilities for prototyping in PLA and other low-temperature plastics. We have working relationships with a variety of subcontractors for printing in more materials such as steel, aluminum, titanium, ceramic, carbon-fiber filaments, nylon, polycarbonate and PEEK.
We have developed workflows for casting and injection-molding from 3D printed molds, which offers a unique ability to produce low-volume part runs with rapidly printed tooling. Applications range from decorative items to functional engineering components.
